TYPES OF FACADE ACESS SYSTEMS

Roof Machines

Roof machines are façade access equipments situated on roof or any intermediate floor levels, either fixed or movable with a jib arm to carry the cradle.

On concrete runway.

On steel track(horizontal/vertical).

Fixed base.

Single jib, telescopic jib, multiple elbow jib.

Telescopic master column.

Luffing Safe working load 200 to 240kgs.

Davit Systems

Roof/ Parapet Mounted Low Profile Davit

Low profile davit are usually used for low rise building. The davit bases are anchored to the roof or parapet to hold & support the davit pole & the jib.The davit system is manually transferred to different work positions. Low profile davit system can be used in buildings which has clear passage all around the ground level to transfer the cradle from different working positions.

Roof/ Parapet Mounted High Profile Davit

High profile davits are commonly used for parking the cradle on the roof. High profile davits are also used for buildings, where clear passage at ground level for rigging & derigging the cradle is not available.

Monorail Systems

Horizontal face mounted monorail.

Horizontal parapet mounted monorail.

Horizontal ceiling suspended monorail.

Inclined face mounted monorail.

Inclined parapet mounted monorail .

Inclined ceiling suspended monorail.

The aluminum profiled monorail is fixed to the building using special support brackets anchored to the R.C.C Parapet, Slab or Drop Beam.Monorails are ideal for buildings that cannot support a roof-mounted unit and for Buildings that have overhanging or recessed façades. Power Machines range includes a flexible track design, capable of traversing Horizontal Monorail Trolleys and traversing Inclined Monorail Trolleys. The cradle is suspended from trolleys that run along the track. Options for trolleys include powered and climbing designs.

Gantry Systems

Traversing– Linear and revolving with powered and manual options.Gantries are suitable for providing both inter-nal and external Access to Skylight and similar features. Power Machines gantries can be made horizontal, inclined or curved to follow the profile of surrounding features.

Horizontal Gantry.

Vertical Gantry.

Curved Gantry.

Contoured Shape Gantry.
